Peoplefone enables the connection to Microsoft teams without additional hardware. Thanks to DIRECT ROUTING and OPERATOR CONNECT from Microsoft, peoplefone VoIP fits seamlessly into the existing Microsoft 365 environment.
For peoplefone MICROSOFT TEAMS, companies must be equipped with Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard and Premium + Microsoft 365 Business Voice or Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5, Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3 or E1 + Phone System + Audio Conferencing so that the voice channels can be directly connected to the tried and tested peoplefone SIP-TRUNK. The collaboration solution can be operated via the desktop or web application as well as the mobile app via various end devices.
