SMS Services for Your Business Processes
With the peoplefone SMS API, you can integrate peoplefone SMS services into your business software. The API can be used for, for example:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS.
- Reservation confirmations via SMS.
- SMS reminders.
- Password reset notifications.
The API is available free of charge to all developers. On our Developers page, you will find comprehensive API documentation.
How it works:
The SMS is sent from an alphanumeric (branded) sender ID, so it is not possible to reply to the message. The standard solution used in such cases is to include a link in the message itself: when the customer needs to change something, confirm something, or get in touch, a link is added to the SMS text, for example to change the delivery time, confirm an action, or access a contact form. The customer clicks the link and completes the action through it, rather than replying to the SMS.

CONNECTOR API subscription: one-time setup fee EUR 50.00 + from EUR 2.00/month (incl. VAT).
